Message: Wow great customer service! Alex helped me right away and was super nice and attentive. I had two bracelets that had to be repaired. He looked at them and saw that one just needed a real quick adjustment that took literally 1 second - most people would take it and say it needs to be fixed in a week and charge me a ton so i really appreciated him being honest with what was wrong with it. Looking forward to getting my other bracelet fixed!

Message: They did a good job on our watch repair. But not sure we'll go back. Real bad about not answering the phone. Took over 5 weeks to repair when promised 3 weeks. No explanation. Store is only open from 10-3. FIRM! And they charged full price of $25 to replace the battery when they already had the back off for repairs.

Message: Super busy on the Saturday I was there.. at least five or six customers in their tiny store.. That was okay except for the fact they only have one register which I found to be ridiculous! Also I was sold a watch band that has already broken and was not properly sized to my wrist before I left the store so I will be returning now to see if they will make good on the watch band.
